The old post office in Reno, Nevada recently underwent an interesting interior makeover and I’m sharing the stunning transformation on my blog today. Read on to find the incredible before and after pictures, and learn more about this iconic landmark rooted in downtown Reno.
The inside:
New features include opening the third floor of the building, restoring the high-ceilings and adding a skylight on the first floor.
New windows have been added to the upper floors to bring in more natural light and also provide a beautiful view of the Truckee River:
There’s tons of new shops including the fancy yet ultra comfortable West Elm.
After taking a tour of their beautiful home decor items, you may work up an appetite ~ which can easily be satisfied by heading down The Basement, where you will be welcomed by a comfy coffee shop and other tasty little eateries to tempt you.
If you’re craving chocolates, don’t forget to stop by Sugar Love, a local chocolate shop that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
